What we collect
Only what you type into the inquiry form, plus the address of the page you sent it from:
- Name, company, email address and country
- The buyer type you select, and the product groups you tick
- The quantity range you select
- Your message
- Your WhatsApp number, if you choose to give one
- The URL and title of the page the form was sent from
The country and company fields tell us which market rules apply and what pricing tier to quote. Nothing on this site profiles you, and we do not buy or enrich contact data.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry and to quote: to prepare pricing, lead times and the compliance position for your market, and to follow up about that inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list on the strength of a quotation request, and we never sell or rent your details.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, a form-handling service operated from the United States, which passes the message to our mailbox and keeps a copy in our account there. Sending the form therefore transfers your data to the US. Formspree acts on our instructions as a processor; seeFormspree's privacy policy. Our email is handled by our own mail provider. No one else receives the data.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for as long as the resulting quotation or order may still be relevant. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep an order record for accounting purposes.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EU you may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to our using it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and move through the pages. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited for visitors in the EU and the UK, and by Google LLC in the United States, which means a transfer of data to the US.
Analytics cookies are only set once you choose Accept analytics in the banner. Until then, and if you choose Reject, measurement runs in a cookieless mode: no identifier is stored on your device and visits cannot be linked together across sessions. We never enable Google's advertising signals, so no advertising or remarketing cookies are set in either case.
What is collected is page addresses, approximate location from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, and a small number of actions: a sent inquiry, a click on a WhatsApp or email link. Those events carry the page and, for an inquiry, the buyer type and country you selected. They never carry your name, company or email address. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
You can change your mind at any time: choose Cookie settings in the footer to reopen the banner, on any page. Clearing this site's data in your browser also clears the stored choice and the analytics cookie.
