Commercial LED Lighting Manufacturer for Australia & New Zealand
KELVANO manufactures commercial LED track, linear, downlight, tri-proof and high bay fixtures at our own base in Zhongshan, China, and ships them to Australian and New Zealand projects on FOB or CIF terms. The 220–240 V range suits Australian supply as standard. Ø90 mm cut-out downlights are available. In Australia the importer registers as the responsible supplier and marks the RCM; we supply the test reports your compliance folder needs.

What we make, and where
KELVANO is a factory-direct manufacturer. We produce track spotlights, 48V magnetic track, batten and linear fittings, anti-glare downlights, IP65 tri-proof luminaires, high bay lights and floodlights at our own base in Zhongshan, China, in production since 2010. Buying from the factory means the driver brand is named on your proforma invoice, and the technical answers come from the people who build the fitting.
The ranges are the ones on this site, not a separate Australian catalogue.
LED downlights

The recessed range runs 10 W to 55 W with cut-outs from Ø75 to Ø220 mm, at Ra 90 and 2700K to 5000K. Ø90 mm cut-out downlights are available, which is the size most Australian refits are matching. The LED downlights hub covers the fixed recessed series and the pull-out gimbal that aims at a wall or a display.
LED batten lights

Battens and track linear for supermarket aisles, back-of-house and warehouses, 20 W to 90 W with an on-fixture DIP switch so the installer sets the wattage on site, for example 18, 36 or 50 W from one body. One part number then covers several lux targets across a rollout. See LED batten and linear lights.
Track lighting

Three-circuit track spotlights from 15 W to 35 W at Ra 90 on the main series, in 15°, 24° and 36° beams, plus a 15° to 60° zoom head. The 48V magnetic track system is the low-voltage alternative where heads need to move without tools. See LED track lighting.
LED high bay lights

UFO high bays at 100 W, 150 W and 200 W, chosen by mounting height: 6 to 8 m, 8 to 10 m and 10 to 14 m, with 60°, 90° and 120° beams for racked aisles and open floors. Protection rating and dimming are confirmed per model on your quotation. See LED high bay lights.
For damp and cold zones, the IP65 tri-proof lights cover car parks, cold stores and wash-down areas.

Voltage and cut-outs
The 220–240 V range suits Australian supply as standard. Ø90 mm cut-out downlights are available.
That is the same driver specification we ship to the UK and Europe, so nothing has to be re-engineered for an Australian order. The Ø90 mm cut-out matters on a refit: it is the hole that is already in most ceilings, and matching it keeps the plasterer off the job. Send the cut-outs you are matching and we will quote the sizes that fit them.
Compliance: who does what
In Australia the importer registers as the responsible supplier and marks the RCM. CB (IEC 60598) and EMC test reports for your compliance folder can be arranged per model; the scope and lead time are confirmed on your quotation. Ask for them before you order, so the reports are ready with the goods.
Incoterms
We quote FOB or CIF for Australia and New Zealand. FOB puts the freight and the customs entry in your hands from the port of loading; CIF puts the sea freight and insurance on our side of the line, with the entry still yours. Say which you want in the first message and the quotation comes back on those terms.
Light levels and photometrics
Our product pages carry lux against EN 12464-1, the European standard for indoor workplaces: 300 lx for retail sales areas, 500 lx at tills and office desks, 100 lx for warehouse storage. Check them against AS/NZS 1680 with your specifier, because that is the standard an Australian certifier will read.
IES and LDT photometric files can be measured for project specifications, so the levels can be proven before you order. We can prepare a lighting layout for qualified projects.
