A low-voltage track system for compact, flexible display lighting
KELVANO’s 48V magnetic track system is built for shops, showrooms and galleries where fixtures move often and small heads matter. One 48 V DC power supply feeds the rail, so the luminaires carry no mains driver. Heads stay small and attach magnetically: click a spot or linear module onto the rail, slide it into position, and take it off again without tools.
The rail has four conductors, two for power and two for a control bus, rated 16 A per conductor. The control pair is in the rail from the start, so a store can begin with fixed lighting and add control later without changing the track. Dimming is confirmed per project.
Where can I source 48V magnetic track direct from the manufacturer?
Direct from KELVANO’s factory in Zhongshan, China. We supply UK and EU shopfitters factory-direct, from 50 units per SKU, with a quotation within 24 hours.
The rail comes in three profiles: KV-MT-101 recessed trimless, plastered into a plasterboard ceiling on perforated mounting wings; KV-MT-102 trimless; and KV-MT-103 surface mounted. All three are matt black or white, and all three carry the same four-conductor rail, two for power and two for the control bus, rated 16 A per conductor.

All three profiles come in matt black or white. Connectors, feed-in points and end caps are supplied to match each profile. The rail can also be suspended.
