KELVANO LED high bay lights are 100–200 W UFO-format fittings for warehouses, logistics centres and industrial halls, delivering up to 170 lm/W at IP65 with hook or bracket mounting. Beam angles of 60°, 90° and 120° cover racked aisles and open floors, and 0-10V/DALI dimming pairs with occupancy sensors for the energy saving that matters in a warehouse. Emergency and high-ambient versions are available. Measured IES files are provided on request for core SKUs, Orders run from 50 units to full rollouts, and quotations are returned in 48 hours.

Choose by mounting height and layout

High bay selection is a height and spacing problem. As a starting point for a 200–300 lx warehouse target:

  • 6–8 m · 100 W: low-bay logistics, loading docks, workshops. 90° or 120° beam.
  • 8–10 m · 150 W: the standard distribution warehouse. 90° over open floors, 60° between racking.
  • 10–14 m · 200 W: high-rack storage and industrial halls. 60° beam to push light down the aisle.

Racked aisles change the calculation: the light has to reach the floor between racks, so a narrow beam mounted over the aisle centreline outperforms a wide beam at the same wattage. Send the rack layout and we run it in DIALux.

Where the energy saving actually comes from

A warehouse is lit for long hours and most of it is empty most of the time. Sensor-controlled dimming (aisles at 10–20% until someone enters, then full output) typically saves more than the fixture efficacy does. Specify 0-10V or DALI on the RFQ and we supply the fittings ready for occupancy and daylight control.

Product questions

What wattage high bay do I need for my ceiling height?
As a working guide for a 200–300 lx warehouse target: 100 W for 6–8 m, 150 W for 8–10 m, 200 W for 10–14 m, with spacing set by the beam angle. Racked aisles usually want a narrower 60° beam to push light down between racking; open floors take 90° or 120°. Send us the floor plan, mounting height and target lux and we return a DIALux layout with the exact count.
Are the high bays suitable for hot or cold environments?
The standard fitting is rated −20 °C to +40 °C ambient, which covers most UK and European warehouses. A high-ambient version rated to +50 °C is available for foundries, bakeries and roof spaces that trap heat. For cold stores below −20 °C, see our tri-proof range instead.
Do you offer emergency versions?
Yes. A 3-hour self-contained emergency version is available for open-area escape lighting under EN 50172, so a proportion of the high bays can double as emergency fittings without separate bulkheads. Specify the emergency ratio on your RFQ.
Can the high bays be dimmed or sensor-controlled?
0-10V and DALI dimming are available, specified per order. Both work with occupancy and daylight sensors, which is where most of the energy saving in a warehouse comes from — aisles that are lit only when someone is in them.
Can I get IES files for lighting calculations?
Yes. Measured IES/LDT files are available on request for our core high bay SKUs, and we provide DIALux layout support on qualified projects so you can prove lux and uniformity on the racking and floor before you order.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is 50 units per SKU with no upper limit: single sites, multi-site rollouts and full container orders are supplied on the same terms, with pricing tiered by quantity. Standard wattages and CCTs are quoted within 48 hours; production lead time is confirmed on the proforma invoice against your quantity and any custom options.
